Scholarships, academic grants and financial aids are available to academically deserving and financially challenged students of Ateneo de Zamboanga University Junior High School. Scholarship grants are sponsored by the Ateneo administration, private companies, foundations, alumni associations, government agencies, and other entities.
ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP
Qualifications:
- Grade 6 Valedictorian or Salutatorian graduate from private or public school.
- Top 1 and 2 of Grade 7, 8, and 9 at the end of the school year.
Benefits:
- Valedictorian full tuition fee for one year.
- Salutatorian half tuition fee for one year.
- Top 1 full tuition fee for one year.
- Top 2 half tuition fee for one year.
Band Member
Qualifications:
- JHS band member
Benefits:
- Full tuition fee for one year.
Athletics
Qualifications:
- For athletes representing the ADZU JHS in the athletic meets.
- Must comply with the requirement set by the Ateneo University Athletic office.
Benefits:
- Full tuition fee for one year = Gold Medal in National Competition
- Full tuition fee for 2 years = Gold Medal in International Competition
P.D. 577 Scholarship
Qualifications:
- Dependent of military personnel who died/ are incapacitated in the line of duty since 09/21/72.
Benefits:
- Full tuition fee only for the entire four years in the Junior High School.
Sibling Discount
Qualifications:
- Applicants can avail of the discount provided that their siblings are all enrolled in ADZU.
Benefits:
- 3rd child 25% discount on tuition fee only.
