ZPHERA to hold 3rd General Assembly in
Zamboanga City
The Zamboanga Peninsula Higher Education Research
Association (ZPHERA) will hold its 3rd General Assembly in Zamboanga
City on August 4, 2014 at Sapphire Hall, Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City.
Napoleon K. Juanillo, PhD, Director IV of CHED’s Office
of Planning, Research, and Knowledge Management, will be keynote speaker for
the event.
This ZPHERA GA is a gathering of faculty researchers and
research administrators from colleges and universities from all over Region 9.
The current chairperson of the association is Teresita G. Montaño, PhD
(Director of the Ateneo Research Center, Ateneo de Zamboanga University). Other
member universities include, among many others, WMSU, UZ, Zamboanga State
College of Marine Science and Technology, Jose Rizal Memorial State College
(Dapitan City, Katipunan, and Tampilisan Campuses), St. Columban College,
Mindanao State University – Buug, and Basilan State College.
ZPHERA is a CHED-R9 recognized organization.
