RE: UNIVERSITY ARCHIVIST
I am happy to inform you that Fr Salvador C Wee SJ is appointed as the University Archivist. Fr Wee, apart from being a faculty member of the School of Liberal Arts and doing pastoral work, is currently writing the historical landmarks of AdZU in preparation for our celebration of our Centennial Jubilee Year. He is tasked to collect archival materials in regard to the history of AdZU and to organize a way of storing, preserving and classifying archival materials. He will work with the Ms Florinda T Tabanao, Library Director.
I ask members of our community to collect archival materials pertaining to AdZU and give them to the library through Fr Wee or Ms Tabanao.
The appointment takes effect 01 April 2012 until 31 March 2013.
I thank Fr Wee for his availability and dedication to preserve the history of AdZU.
