FROM :OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

It is with deep joy and gratitude that I announce to you the CLOSING OF AdZU CENTENNIAL JUBILEE CELEBRATION 2013 with the theme “Ateneo 100 Years and Beyond”. Please be guided by the schedule of various activities posted in our website.

I ask the members of our community to specially participate in the activities on July 29 (Monday) and July 30 (Tuesday) which are very significant days of our celebration. I request that the Unit/Office heads ensure full attendance and participation of everyone during these two (2) academic days. July 31 (Wednesday) is a holiday.

May I also inform our community that the Trade Fair schedule has been moved to July 24-30 (WednesdayTuesday). The venue is inside the Brebeuf Gym so the traffic flow and parking inside the campus shall not be disrupted. We have invited some of our partner communities (for farm products, livelihood projects and services) and other business establishments (computer shops, appliance stores, etc.) to exhibit and sell their items. Purchase of appliance/IT equipment or gadgets may be availed through salary deduction subject to the approval of the Treasurer and the Director of HRADO. For more information, Ms Sheila L Pagotaisidro may be contacted at Local # 1009.

We ask the intercession and accompaniment of St Ignatius of Loyola as we close the Centennial Jubilee Year and face the challenge of “Ateneo 100 Years and Beyond”.  Happy Feast Day!
