Palembang, Indonesia.
Pelayo was chosen by the
Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Philippine Olympic Committee (POC), and
Pilipinas Sepaktakraw Association Inc to be one of the International Technical
Officials serving as a Licensed International Referee for the 18th Asian Games
held from August 18 to September 2 2018 at Jakarta Palembang, Indonesia.
