From June 9 to 11, the Ateneo de Zamboanga University School of Medicine underwent the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) Level 2 Re-Accreditation Visit.
The three-day visit involved a thorough review of our systems, curriculum, research outputs, student support mechanisms, community engagement efforts, and institutional governance. More than a process of evaluation, it became a moment of reflection—of how far we’ve come and where we can still grow.
AdZU-SOM extends its deep gratitude to the ADZU Administration for its steadfast institutional support, to QASMO for their invaluable guidance throughout the process, and to all our faculty and students for embracing this opportunity with openness and courage.
