Please be informed that the Physical Plant Office will be closed and will be out from both Campuses on the following dates:
Ø Saturday, May 7, 2011 : Continuation of Outreach Program
Ø Saturday, May 14, 2011 : Year End Evaluation
Ø Friday, May 20, 2011 : PPO Development Seminar
Ø Saturday, May 21, 2011 : Continuation of Outreach Program
On these dates, there will be no regular and agency PPO personnel to clean offices, workrooms and building corridors. However, we will provide casual workers to take over some essential tasks. Grounds will be handled by our security personnel.
