- To generate and sustain effective avenues for awareness and discernment on social issues dealing with politics and governance, environment, and human rights, within the University through formation, education, information, and communication activities.
- To create and protract the impetus for social involvement among the students, faculty, and staff of the University through volunteer opportunities and extension services.
- To mainstream Human Rights, Environment, Good Governance, and Engaged Citizenship Advocacy in Curriculum, Extension, and Research Services.
- To provide community services as an involvement of the University for the Promotion of human rights and environment preservation, and socio-political transformation.
