Re:  MANAGEMENT
OF STRAY DOGS AND CATS

_________________________________________________________________

Greetings of Peace!

Part
of having a clean and conducive learning environment is ensuring that the
campus is free from stray dogs and cats that usually litter our school
compounds.  In this connection, we will
conduct an operation to capture the aforementioned animals within the next few
days.

Be rest
assured that we have abided by the standard operating procedures in the conduct
of such operation including the training of our selected personnel and
vaccination for rabies as instructed by the Zamboanga City Veterinary
Office.  We also fabricated the
prescribed tools for their capture and cages where the animals will be
contained.

The
captured dogs and cats will then be turned over to the City Veterinary
Office.   This operation will be conducted from time to
time, as the need arises.

Let
me take this opportunity to ask everyone’s cooperation to maintain the cleanliness
of our campuses by throwing your trash on the bins provided for this purpose.

Sincerely
yours,

Fr. Richard V. Ella, SJ

Asst. to the President for Administration
