This year’s Ateneo Fiesta became even more meaningful with the Legacy Trees: Ateneo Fiesta 2024 Tree Planting, an initiative aligned with the advocacies of the Ateneo Center for Environment and Sustainability (ACES). Students, partner organizations, government agencies, and Jesuit priests united to plant 112 legacy trees in honor of the 112 years of Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
These trees, now thriving in the Pasonanca Natural Park, not only symbolize our commitment to environmental stewardship but also reflect ADZU’s dedication to sustainable development and community impact. Our shared mission takes us beyond the classroom, inspiring us to serve where we are most needed. Together in Faith, United in Mission — let us continue to uphold the Ateneo Fiesta spirit and ADZU’s vision for a greener future!
