The Year-end Evaluation and Kumustahan of our new faculty and staff was held last February 20, 2010 at the AdZU Audio-Visual Center. The half-day Kumustahan is the last phase of the employee orientation program.
Participants were made to recollect and identify instances where they applied the Ignatian values in their day-to-day experiences as employees of AdZU. It was also a time to relive their experiences during the 3-day live-in orientation seminar in June and the mid-year evaluation seminar in November.
