HR holds New Employee Orientation

The Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO) conducted an Employee Orientation Program on June 2 to 4, 2010 at the Carlos Dominguez Conference Hall, LRC Building, Ateneo de Zamboanga University. Thirty six new faculty and staff participated in the program.

This is a yearly activity of HRADO to bring the new employees to a deeper knowledge of the institution and the Jesuit philosophy of education. It also gave them a bird’s eye view of the school’s services, management structures and priorities, officials, facilities, benefits, policies and procedures.

The program was facilitated by Ms. Fe DLS Delantar, Ms. Liza M. Garrido, Ms. Viriginia C. Guiñabo, and Ms. Ma. Pilar M. de Guzman. Guest lecturers were Fr. Edwin Ma. Gabriel U. Castillo, SJ, Mr. Emir R. Españo, Ms. Cellyn A. Verallo, Ms. Teresita NPC Araneta, and HRADO staff Aleli A. de Castro and Zenaida K. Fuentes.
