History

The existence of the Finance Office traces its history from the start of the establishment of Ateneo de Zamboanga. The name of the office was once known as the “Treasurer’s Office” and it was one of the first offices established for the management of funds received from tuition and fees of the students. It was created to align itself to sound financial management with proper internal controls.
