MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: HIGH SCHOOL OIC
With the resignation of Ms Janet A Fernandez as High School principal and employee of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University which takes effect at the beginning of September 2012, I will be directly supervising and monitoring the operations in the High School until a new principal will be named. I will be working with a team that will address a wide range of concerns in the High School community.
To assist me in running the High School, I am appointing Mr Conrado Z Balatbat, currently the Director of our College Scholarship Office, as the High School OIC effective 01 September 2012 until 31 March 2013. In due time, the process for selecting a new HS principal will commence.
I thank Ms Fernandez for her work as the High School principal and for her 20 years of service to AdZU.
I wish to thank Mr Balatbat for his availability to handle this very important work in a temporary capacity.
