MEMO TO : THE UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY
RE : ELECTIONS 2016
Activities related to local and national elections are now in full swing, and there is so much yet to be done to ensure the successful conduct of the May 9 2016 elections.
As an institution, we have committed to do our share through the United Front for Honest, Orderly, and Peaceful Elections (UF HOPE) which is still in great need of VOLUNTEERS to do the following BANTAY VOTACIÓN engagements:

Thus, I appeal to the members of the University community for your support and participation. You can also contribute to the efforts of UF–HOPE in the form of donations in cash or in kind (e.g. bottled water, biscuits, rice, halal canned good) which will take care of the practical needs of our volunteers.
The following have been designated as hubs and point–persons:

Again, I invite everyone to contribute in big or small ways to ensure that we have a peaceful, credible and meaningful electoral exercise in this part of the country.
