AdZU Law initiates send-off rite for Pioneer Batch
AdZU College of Law spearheaded a series of send-off activities last October 13 for its first batch of graduates who are set to take the bar examinations this November. The 15 examinees of AdZU Law Batch 2015 started the day with a recollection in the morning with AdZU President, Fr Karel S San Juan SJ as recollection master.
In the afternoon, the whole AdZU Community showed solidarity and expressed their support by joining the examinees during the Holy Mass at the University Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus presided by the Father President and concelebrated by Fr Wilfredo M Samson SJ, Fr Marlito G Ocon SJ, Fr Edwin Castillo SJ, Fr Stephen T Abuan SJ, and Fr Arnel Ong SJ. A blessing and the symbolic lighting of candles served as the highlight.
The Mass was followed by a short pep rally and ceremonial bonfire at the backfield which were participated by the students and faculty of all colleges and schools. A special dinner with the College of Law professors and staff, together with the families of the examinees, capped the day’s events.
The pioneer batch of the AdZU College of Law will take the bar examinations this coming November 2015 in Manila. For more information about AdZU College of Law, visit their office at the 3rd Floor, Fr Sauras Hall, Fr Salvador Campus at La Purisima Street, or call 991-0871 local 3000. (JMAB)
