HRADO, in coordination with Ateneo de Manila CORD (Center for Organization Research and Development), held a three-day Leadership Development Program Training for AdZU middle managers from May 25 – 27, 2009 at the Multi-Media Room, NCB Building. The program was aimed to help our administrators define their role in achieving AdZU’s goals through effective management of their teams / units. It also helped them to muster the skills of not just managing, but also leading their teams effectively thru planning, monitoring, feedbacking, coaching and motivating.
The seminar-workshop was facilitated by CORD’s Director for Customized Training, Rebecca Joaquin – Primavera with the assistance of Ms Elaine Rose Salansan, CORD Training Assistant, Gerald Ebal and Tisay Que-egaspi as co-facilitators and Ailyn Sabdilon, process observer.
