AdZU CON Doctor Bags Dissertation Awards
Dr Grace Ann Lagura, AdZU College of Nursing faculty, received two awards for her research during the 2nd International Conference on
Multidisciplinary Research in Higher Education last September 27-29, 2018 at
Palacio del Sur, Marcian Garden Hotel.
Dr Lagura’s research entitled “Dimernsions of Learning Organization and the Predictors
to Organizational Performance among Universities in Zamboanga City,” won the
Best Abstract Award and Best in Oral Presentation Award during the event.
With the theme, “Institutional
Collaborations, Challenges and Opportunities in Research and Development Across
Disciplines for Global Competitiveness,” the conference was organized by
Universidad de Zamboanga.
