The Ateneo de Zamboanga University Campus Ministry Office hosted a Writers’ Guild for selected faculty and staff on October 25, 2014 at the Woodland Resort, Zambowood. The theme of the event was “Advent as the Dawn of New Beginnings”.
It was a day of recollection in preparation for the writers of the advent reflections prepared and shared to the ADZU community members every year. The speaker for the recollection was Fr. Gil Donayre, SJ.
The goals of the recollection were: to provide useful sessions/talks that could enhance the writers’ spiritual formation and the writing skills; to inspire writers to contribute their reflections; to form bonds among old and new members of the guild.
