RE : ADVANCE 13TH MONTH PAY 2012
As in the past, we are making part of your 13th month pay available for purposes of your children’s school needs.
The following arrangements have been set in place for the purpose:
1)The equivalent of 6 months for FT Permanent
2)The equivalent of months served for probationary/contractual faculty
and for all others on project contract
No simultaneous request for cash advances will be entertained while availing of the 13th month half pay except for real medical emergency needs.
If interested please sign in at HRADO. Last day for signing in will be May 7, 2012. After the cut-off date, we will no longer entertain additional requests. We need time to do the computations and process related papers.
Those on study or vacation leave should make their intentions known through their immediate head.
Date of release is May 21, 2012 through your BPI ATM account.
