ADU wins in 32nd Mindanao Debate Championship
Ateneo Debate Union (ADU) continues its tradition of excellence with another victory in the 32nd Mindanao Debate Championship held at Father Urios University in Butuan City on September 4-6.
The Ateneo de Zamboanga University fielded five debating teams with Team A, composed of Debra Ann Ponce (BS Accountancy 2) and Kurt JesherRecinto (BSAc 3), emerging as champion. Team C‘s Bianca Roma De Leon (BS Biology 2) and Allen Ross Sanoria (BS Accountancy 3) also reached the quarter finals.
The other participating individuals are as follows:
Team B – Andre Dagoy (BS Accountancy 3) and RomelDelosa (BS Accountancy 2)
Team D – Darren Biri (BS Accountancy 3) and Addulhakim Jul (BS Biology 2)
Team E – Joseph Alcala (BS Accountancy 2) and Dominic Camins (BS Accountancy 2)
