MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: ACADEMIC RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
I am pleased to inform our community that after due consultation, I am appointing Dr Servando D Halili Jr as the Academic Research and Publication Program Coordinator. As Coordinator he is tasked to do the following:
1. Advise the Academic Vice President (AVP) on multidisciplinary or discipline related research and publication matters;
2. Assist the Research and Publication Council in generating ideas through research and publication;
3. Work closely with the College/School Deans in enabling the publication of graduate student theses and research works;
4. Promote academic research agenda in consultation with the AVP Council; and
5. Conduct training workshops as needed in partnership with the Ateneo Research Center (ARC).
The appointment effectively begins on 01 June 2010 and ends 31 March 2011.
I thank Dr Halili for his availability and willingness to take on another responsibility.
