QASMO has started rolling out its WRITESHOP: Office Operations Manual Development to various units and offices within AdZU. Creating an Operations Manual Development (OMD) provides an overview of the organization’s history and clarifies the roles and responsibilities regarding how the office should operate. It is essential for establishing a consistent, efficient, and knowledgeable work environment, which in turn enhances the organization’s success and improves employee satisfaction.
