The University Attendance Policy sets standards on attendance and punctuality to ensure effective and efficient operations. The University expects all personnel to adhere faithfully to these standards.
Absenteeism and tardiness negatively impact on services provided to and by the University community and adversely affect the morale of other employees who have to perform the work of the absent or tardy employee. Thus, the University requires employees to be present and punctual at all times.
