Re:  GENERAL EMERGENCY EVACUATION DRILL

______________________________________________________________________________

Greetings
of Peace!

We are currently preparing for a General Emergency Evacuation Drill
which we hope to conduct on February 1(Wednesday), 2017.  This drill, intended
for the community here at the Salvador Campus, shall simulate an emergency
scenario to give us a sense of where to go and what to do during such a
time.  It is a template for future drills
of a more specific nature (i.e., fire or earthquake, etc.) as mandated by the
government and as a PAASCU requirement.
This activity will also help us evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency
of our emergency plan and set-up.

In this connection, we ask for your full and
active participation by following instructions from assigned personnel who will
direct you to designated areas.  On the
said day, please expect to hear a long buzzer signifying the start of the
drill. Thus, wherever you are in the campus, you are expected to proceed to
your designated evacuation area.

With your cooperation and support, the success
of this activity will help us to better and more effectively prepare for any
critical situations we may encounter in the future.

Thank you.

Respectfully
yours,
