For the past few months, we have been experiencing heavy Internet traffic. Heavy Internet traffic translates to slow Internet connection. Thus, the CITS has blocked some sites (ie gaming, advertising, video and music downloading, and the likes) to improve Internet bandwidth utilization. We are doing this to better serve the community by conserving much-needed Internet bandwidth to be used for more productive purposes.
Should there be a need for a certain site to be unblocked for a very important reason, please don’t hesitate to call and/or visit us.
