These are grants funded by the Ateneo de Zamboanga University. They include the following:
| ADZU Centennial Scholarship – awarded annually to the topnotchers of the Entrance Examinations given by the University. It covers full tuition and fees matriculation for any degree program of the awardee’s choice. |
| ADZU BSE Millennium* – awarded to academically exceptional students taking up Bachelor of Elementary Education or Bachelor of Secondary Education. |
| St. Ignatius of Loyola Merit Scholarship (Full Academic Scholarship) – awarded to High School Valedictorians who enroll at University. It covers 100% discount on tuition (excluding miscellaneous and other fees). |
| St. Francis Xavier Merit Scholarship (Partial Academic Scholarship) – awarded to High School Salutatorians who enroll at the University. It covers 50% discount on tuition (excluding miscellaneous and other fees). |
| Student Assistantship – This is a primarily a service scholarship awarded to students who are in dire financial need. It covers 100% tuition discount plus book rentals on the first year or service and an additional coverage of 100% miscellaneous (excluding other fees) on the second and subsequent years. |
Note: The Ateneo de Zamboanga University also gives discounts to the following: Band Members, Brothers/Sisters in ADZU, Children of Faculty and Employees, Children of Retirees, Faculty/Employee, Seminarians.
*Will be replaced next school year with the Ateneo BSE Centennial Scholarship.
