MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: UNIVERSITY OICs
I will be away from 04 May until the end of the same month to meet our donors in the UK and raise some funds for the university. In my absence, I am designating Dr Rebecca V Fernandez, AVP, as the University OIC from 04 to 26 May, and Engr Aldrina A Hitalia, HRADO Director, from 27 to 31 May. They will be assisted by three Presidential Assistants: Bro Raymund E Belleza SJ, Ms Marievic C Montaño, and Mr Roberto G Valerio.
Matters that need my attention should be coursed to the University OIC through the Office of the President. I thank the University OICs and the Presidential Assistants for looking after the university while I am away.
