MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: UNIVERSITY OIC
This is to inform our community that I am appointing Dr Rebecca V Fernandez, AVP, as the University OIC while I will be away on 04 until 10 November. I will be with the PERAA Board in India. She will be assisted by Bro Raymund E Belleza SJ, Assistant to the President for Administration/Treasurer; Ms Marievic C Montaño, Assistant to the President; and Engr Aldrina A Hitalia, HRADO Director. In the absence of Dr Fernandez on 08 – 09 November, Engr Hitalia is the University OIC.
Matters that need my attention should be coursed to the University OIC. I thank the people mentioned above for looking after the university while I am out.
