RE: SPECIAL HOLIDAY ON 20 JUNE
Following Presidential Proclamation no 154, we will have no classes at all levels and offices on 20 June, Monday, to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of our national hero, Dr Jose P Rizal.
Let us use this occasion to begin reflecting on the theme of citizenship as we start celebrating this Year of Citizenship in preparation for our Centennial Jubilee Year in 2012.
