Services and Programs

The VPA Office provides a wide range of services to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality, transparency, and accessibility. These include:

  • Identification & Disposition of Unused Materials – Proper evaluation, reuse, donation, or disposal of outdated/unserviceable university property in compliance with regulations.
  • Booth Setup for Events – Assistance and approval process for temporary booths during major university events (e.g., Academic Organization Day, Family Day).
  • Canteen Concessionaires – Application, renewal, monitoring, and evaluation of food service providers to maintain safe, affordable, and nutritious dining options across campuses.
  • Canteen Services – Daily food and beverage operations in Grade School, Junior High School, and Salvador (College) campuses, with strong emphasis on health, safety, and sustainability.
  • Sales Orders and Inventory – Streamlined processes for concessionaire purchases, sales reporting, and accountability.
  • Venue Reservation – Booking of university facilities such as classrooms, halls, multi-purpose covered courts, conference rooms, dance studios, and special spaces for internal and external activities.
  • Dormitory Services – Student and staff housing at the JMRH Dormitory, with fair and structured admission based on scholarship, financial need, and place of origin.
  • Guest Rooms (Sauras) – Accommodation for medical student reviewees and other approved guests.
  • Sauras Gym – Fitness facilities open to the AdZU community, coordinated with the University Infirmary.
  • Transportation Services – Authorization and monitoring of official university vehicles and transport clearances.
  • LED Wall Reservation – Use of university digital display for events and announcements.
  • Tarpaulin Installation – Assistance for units or student organizations wishing to install tarpaulins for promotions, student recognition, or other official activities.
  • Garage Sales – Organized resale of unused but usable university assets, ensuring sustainability and proper resource management.
