RE : SCHEDULE OF ADZU ANNUAL INVENTORY
The Property Custodian’s Office has started the annual Physical Inventory for this school year. Starting next week we will give each office a copy of the following for verification:
a. Their previous inventory (SY 2010-2011)
b. List of newly acquired inventory (fixtures/furnitures, equipment, etc)
The PCO Inventory Team will visit each office for the actual physical count starting August 22, 2011.
