RE : PICTURE TAKING FOR THE NEW UNIVERSITY ID
In preparation for the printing of the new identification cards, we would like to inform the faculty & staff who wish to have new picture for their new ID that the schedule for picture taking is as follows:
July 18 – 30, 2011 8:30 – 10:00 AM
3:00 – 5:00 PM
Venue for picture taking : HRADO office.
All new faculty & staff are required to come for their picture taking and for the electronic signature.
A separate schedule will be arranged for the High School faculty and staff at the WHK campus.
For those who cannot come on the specified times because of conflict with class schedules, please call Ms Joy Aguila (local 1041) for a special arrangement.
