Please be informed that I will be out of town from Oct 27 to Nov 07, 2012 to attend the Regional Assembly of Association of Mindanao Sulu Religious Brothers in Davao and my 8 day annual retreat in Bukidnon. During this time, I am appointing SUZETTE E. SOUSA as the OIC Treasurer. She will handle, monitor, and approve the regular financial transactions of the university. Approval for cash advances and financial assistance will be with HRADO Director.
