SUBJECT : MEETINGS ON VISION AND MISSION STATEMENTS
The members of the ADHOC Planning Group started meeting with various Units, Offices and Colleges regarding the Vision and Mission Statements and the University Strategic Directions. Among the first groups to have their sessions were the Grade School Unit (Feb 1st) and the Colleges Feb 1st and 4th). The following is the rest of the schedules for the other groups.
1. February 7, 2013 – Thursday
9:00 to 10:30 AM
Non-Academic Staff/Personnel
Venue: Campion Lecture Hall.
10:30 to 12:00 AM
PPO/Security Personnel
Venue: Campion Lecture Hall
2. February 8, 2013 – Friday
4:30 to 6:00 PM
High School Unit
Venue: AVR, HS Bldg., WHK Campus
The Academic Staff group will have their session next week as soon as the schedule of the group and the presentor(s) will be synchronized and arranged. The SOM and the College of Law will also have their session but this will be scheduled after office hours. This is only the first round of meetings and consultations.
