RE: Medical and Dental Update
Greetings!
In line with the October clearance of college students, the University Infirmary would like to venture on a new scheme for the medical and dental update of our students. We would like to lessen the bulk of students coming in for medical and dental check-up during college clearance thus a specific schedule per college unit has been arranged with our school physician and school dentist to accommodate the students.
Starting next week we will be accepting students to come in for their medical and dental update. The schedule will be at least one week for each college unit. Please note of the following dates:
Sept. 13-16 – 8:30-10:00 and 2:30-4:00 | School of Management & Accountancy |
Sept. 19-23 – 8:30-10:00 and 2:30-4:00 | College of Nursing |
Sept. 26-28 – 8:30-10:00 and 2:30-4:00 | College of Science and Information Technology |
Sept. 29 – Oct. 4 – 8:30-10:00 and 2:30-4:00 | School of Liberal Arts |
Oct. 5-7 – 8:30-10:00 and 2:30-4:00 | School of Education |
