MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: FIESTA PILAR
There will be no offices and classes on 12 October, Friday, the Feast of Nuestra Señora La Virgen del Pilar. For those who are free, I urge participation in our novena Mass sponsorship at the Shrine of Our Lady, Fort Pilar, on 10 October, 5.00PM and other religious activities of the Archdiocese of Zamboanga. This being the time for exams, we, unfortunately, cannot mobilize our academic community to have a procession all the way to the Shrine.
May Our Lady continue to intercede for us in our desire for peace, development and justice in Zamboanga City.
