MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW CPAs!
I am delighted to inform our community that in the October 2010 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination, our graduates posted an overall passing rate of 79.17%, ie., 19 out of 24 examinees passed the board exam. Our AdZU batch 2010 registered a passing rate of 90% (18 out of 20 examinees passed the exam).
The overall national passing rate is 48.36% (3,973 out of 8,216 passed the CPA Licensure Examination).
I wish to congratulate and thank our CPA board passers.
Likewise, I congratulate and thank the School of Management and Accountancy led by Dr Visitacion L Buenvenida and the Accountancy Department headed by Ms Leonora C Peña for their dedication and hard work.
