RESEARCH ASSISTANT for Community Health Assessment Program in the Philippines (CHAPP)

Qualifications:
- Male
- Health Sciences Degree Graduate – Nursing, Midwifery, or other public health related courses or its equivalent
- Must have experience in health research (focus group discussions, community surveys) and program evaluation
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work irregular hours as required by the project
- Must have precise attention to detail
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Good in verbal and written communication skills
- With good moral character and positive work attitude
- Pleasing personality
- Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate focus group discussions and conduct surveys in the community
- Coordinate the training of community surveys
- Compile/Collect/Record Research Data; consolidate research information;
- Assists the Program Coordinator, Data Manager, and Community Coordinator in all CHAPP related activities
- Maintain the CHAPP website and coordinate research evaluation activities
- Willing to travel in CHAPP community sites
