Qualifications:

Male
·
Health Sciences Degree Graduate – Nursing, Midwifery, or other
public health related courses or its equivalent
·
Must have experience in health research (focus group
discussions, community surveys) and program evaluation
·
Able to work under pressure and willing to work irregular hours
as required by the project
·
Must have precise attention to detail
·
Superior interpersonal skills
·
Good in verbal and written communication skills
·
With good moral character and positive work attitude
·
Pleasing personality
·
Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate
focus group discussions and conduct surveys in the community - Coordinate
the training of community surveys - Compile/Collect/Record
Research Data; consolidate research information; - Assists
the Program Coordinator, Data Manager, and Community Coordinator in
all CHAPP related activities - Maintain
the CHAPP website and coordinate research evaluation activities - Willing
to travel in CHAPP community sites
