RE: CAMPUS LOCKDOWN/SHUTDOWN DURING CHRISTMAS BREAK
Due to our university commitment to “GREEN CAMPUS” energy saving measures, we shall observe the university policy on “campus lockdown/shutdown” during the Christmas break effective 23 December 2012 to 01 January 2013. Buildings shall be locked down and electricity and water sources shall be shut down.
Entry into the campuses shall be restricted and only those with urgent concerns and prior approved written permission from the Unit Head or from Br Raymund E Belleza SJ (Assistant to the President for Administration and Finance) shall be accommodated – the purpose, date, time, venue, and list of persons must be indicated.
