RE : APPOINTMENT FOR FR ARNEL T ONG SJ AS CHAPLAIN FOR BASIC EDUCATION
I would like to officially announce the appointment of FR ARNEL T ONG SJ as the new Chaplain for Basic Education of the University.
Fr Atong graduated from Ateneo de Davao University (AdDU) with a BS in Commerce major in Management Accounting. He entered the Society of Jesus on May 30,
2004. As a Jesuit scholastic, his assignments included teaching Christian Life Education in Ateneo de Manila High School, and work in the ADMU-HS Campus Ministry Office, and the Jesuit Vocation Promotion. He was ordained on April 18, 2015 and was missioned to the Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
We warmly welcome Fr Atong and wish him all the best in his first assignment as a Jesuit Priest and his new mission of spiritual formation in our Grade
School and High School Units.
