The Ateneo Learning and Teaching Excellence Center (ALTEC) organized a week-long onboarding program for team members from Northern Samar, Zamboanga City, and Zamboanga del Norte. The onboarding aimed to ensure a smooth integration, provide essential resources, and set up the team to succeed in their roles.
From March 13 to 17, 2023, various activities were conducted at the Salvador Campus of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University. These included team-building activities facilitated by the Social Awareness and Community Service Involvement (SACSI), an orientation to align the team with the University’s mission and vision, headed by Ces Simbajon from the Human Resources Administration and Development Office, and a comprehensive planning in creating ALTEC’s communication plan facilitated by Kiko Miranda.
