MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: ALBER A HUSIN (1976-2013)
With great sadness, I wish to inform our community of the untimely passing of MR ALBER A HUSIN this morning at around 4:00. Alber was our employee from 2001 until his resignation in October 2012. He became Director of the ICSWM (2005-2006), faculty of the School of Liberal Arts, and researcher with published scholarly articles.
His body will be brought to Zamboanga City from Pagadian this afternoon for the Muslim burial rites. Those who intend to pay their last respects, Alber’s remains will be at his residence (Villaluz Street, Cabatangan). Interment will be at 4:00 PM today.
Let us pray for Alber, Irene Mae (wife), Inez Margaux (daughter) and Kalel Chadley (son).
On behalf of the University, I thank Alber for his dedicated and competent service to the Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
