I am very pleased to inform our community that in the annual TOPM (The Outstanding PERAA [Private Education Retirement Annuity Association] Member) Awards held at the Makati Shangri-La, Makati City, Metro Manila last October 19, 2012, Ms Ruth R Guerrero (HS) was awarded 1st place in the Administrative Staff Category.
