Today, November 17, 2025, the C3P3 SIEMBRA Project carried out its regular monthly monitoring visit in the upland areas of Limpapa, focusing on assessing the status and progress of existing mangrove farms and nursery establishments. This activity aimed to evaluate the condition, growth, and management practices of the planted mangroves to ensure that community-led efforts remain aligned with sustainable coastal and environmental stewardship.

The visit highlights our continued commitment to strengthening community-driven mangrove restoration, improving ecological resilience, and empowering local stakeholders in the long-term maintenance of healthy mangrove ecosystems.

Our impact aligns with key UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
SDG 14 – Life Below Water: Safeguarding coastal and marine ecosystems
SDG 13 – Climate Action: Supporting communities in adapting to climate-related hazards
SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities: Uplifting Indigenous-led environmental management initiatives

This ongoing work is made possible through the dedication of our Indigenous partners, whose leadership and stewardship continue to nurture and protect their natural environment for a more resilient and sustainable future.
