The Purchasing and Custodial Office (PCO) is a central service unit under the Office of the Vice President for Administration. Our mandate is to manage the procurement, inventory, distribution, and disposal of university property across all campuses, in line with national standards and university policies.
To be a proactive and reliable partner in advancing the university’s mission through efficient, ethical, and responsive procurement and custodial systems.
