Last September 19, 2025, the Ateneo Center for Environment and Sustainability successfully transferred 2,000 seedlings — 1,000 molave and 1,000 dao — to our partner upland sites: 500 to Patalon, 1,000 to Limpapa, and 500 to Labuan.

This initiative, under the C3P3 Project (Care for Communities and Creation – Pillar 3) and the SIEMBRA Project (Stewardship and Indigenous Environmental Management for Biodiversity and Resilience Action), continues to strengthen our mission of rehabilitating and enriching 10 hectares of upland forests through community partnership and environmental stewardship. 🌳

This project is in line 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐍 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 (𝐒𝐃𝐆𝐬):
𝐒𝐃𝐆 𝟏𝟓 (𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝): Restoring upland forests & halting biodiversity loss

𝐒𝐃𝐆 𝟏𝟏 (𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬): Promoting community-led environmental management

Together, we plant the seeds of hope, resilience, and sustainability. 🌏
