As part of the Learning to Earning Pathways (LEaP) of AdZU and UNICEF Philippines, the SAP Educate to Employ (E2E) was officially launched on November 6, 2023, starting a new era of digital empowerment for young individuals in Northern Samar, Zamboanga City, and Zamboanga del Norte. This learning pathway aims to equip the youth with essential digital skills and prepare them for career opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.
Designed to address the evolving demands of the digital economy, SAP E2E focuses on foundational digital skills, job-specific skills, and SAP proficiency, paving the way for potential job placements within the industry.
To introduce this opportunity, seven SAP E2E information sessions were conducted across the three mission areas with a total of 769 IT students in attendance. These sessions provided the students with detailed insights into the program’s objectives and benefits. These sessions served as interactive platforms for addressing queries and concerns directly from participants, fostering clear communication and understanding of the opportunities presented by SAP Educate to Employ.
Young individuals passionate about digital innovation and career advancement are encouraged to pre-apply for SAP E2E. The application process comprises four steps: 1) enlistment, 2) aptitude assessment, 3) deliberation of shortlisted applicants, and 4) interviews where applicable.
From November 2023 to January 2024, SAP E2E information sessions were held in key locations, including Northern Samar, Zamboanga City, and Zamboanga del Norte. These sessions were attended by mostly information technology students at senior high school and college levels.
As SAP Educate to Employ gains tractions in these places, it marks the beginning of a journey for young talents, opening doors to a future fueled by innovation, digital expertise, and opportunities to thrive in the digital economy.
