MEMO TO : THE UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY
RE :Alumni Relations Office OIC
As part of the ADZUSTRATPLAN17/22 implementation, we shall be reviewing our
systems and structures to streamline and strengthen them further according to
the University’s priorities and needs.
Thus, the Alumni Relations Office is
undergoing such review for a possible restructuring. However, our support for our alumni remains
unwavering and our services to assist the association unhampered.
In view of this, I am appointing MR CONRADO Z BALATBAT to oversee the
office as its OIC-Director, while concurrently serving as Director of
Admissions and Aid. He will represent the University and the
President in the ADZU Alumni Association Board, where he will promote our new
AdZU visionmission and strategic plan, and the University’s priorities of
rebuilding and fundraising.
I thank Mr Balatbat for
his generosity and dedication in taking on this important task as a true
gesture of Magis. I ask the University community for the
much-needed support and cooperation during this period of flux for the office
and the University.
